Washington Apples and Talise Fitness challenged you (yes, you, female warriors) to awaken your #innerathlete last 13th of April 2018 at Talise Spa, Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The event saw women of all ages and fitness levels participate in the below activities:

• Beach Sunrise Yoga
• Sandstorm Circuit
• Zumba

Washington Apples kept everyone refreshed with their nutritious, energizing, and freshly-squeezed apple juice, along with their tasty apples to enjoy.

Washington Apples Middle East ‫تفاح واشنطن‬ and Talise Spa knew how all women love to be pampered and inspire their #innerathlete. Two lucky ladies walked away with a full-day SPA experience at Talise Spa‬‬‬.
